Description

At NPAW we are looking for a full-time accountant who will be responsible for preparing the accounting and will support the company's management control department.

Responsibilities

• Customer-supplier billing
• Bank conciliations (incl. Expense reports, credit cards etc.)
• Responsible for the monthly and analytical accounting closing
• Expense control and budget monitoring
• Monthly and annual tax filings (SII, IRPF, VAT, IS, summaries)
• Collaboration in the preparation of the annual accounts (balance sheet, profit and loss account ...)
• Contact with external advisors (agency, legal, etc)
• Contact with customers and suppliers
• Participation in external audits
• Collaboration in the preparation of the monthly reporting and the main business KPI’s
• Valuable knowledge in transfer pricing and international double taxation
• Valuable participation in automatization projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in ADE, Economics, Business or similar
• Minimum 7 years experience in a similar position
• Knowledge and experience in analytics and costs
• Advanced level of Excel
• Experience in A3ERP will be considered a plus
• Valuable knowledge of US GAAP
• Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English (advanced)
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments
