Description
As a Junior Sales Executive, you will report directly to the Delivery Director, providing executive, administrative, and development support. You will be instrumental in supporting our sales efforts and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Qualify new leads through a mix of inbound inquiries and proactive outbound prospecting.
- Generate and open new sales opportunities by identifying, reaching out to, and engaging with potential clients.
- Support the full sales cycle by collaborating closely with the Sales Team and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and update the CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive) for accurate data and real-time sales activity.
- Assist in pipeline management, including prioritizing opportunities and ensuring follow-up.
- Represent NPAW at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales to contribute to strategic initiatives and support revenue goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proactive and driven with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Experience in the SaaS industry. Prior exposure to video/media technology is a plus.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Strong communication, research, and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in presentations using PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Pipedrive, is desirable.
- Ability to work independently with professionalism and discretion.
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a strong asset.
