As a Technical CDN Specialist, you'll implement and optimize cutting-edge CDN solutions, ensuring seamless and speedy content delivery. Collaborate closely with clients, solve complex challenges, and influence future product innovations. Stay ahead in the tech world, empowering global streaming services with your expertise. Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical contact for clients, guiding them in implementing and optimizing CDN solutions for video & web applications.
• Use coding skills to troubleshoot and enhance CDN configurations, ensuring high performance and solving technical issues efficiently.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication & support.
• Collaborate with product development teams to provide valuable client feedback for product improvements.
• Work with technical support teams to quickly resolve performance issues and maintain high service standards.
• Stay informed about the latest CDN technology and market trends to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
• Create detailed documentation and training materials to help clients effectively use our CDN services.
• Advise on and utilize industry-standard monitoring and performance analysis tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrable experience in the implementation and management of CDN solutions, especially with providers such as Akamai, Cloudflare, or AWS CloudFront.
• Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and relevant protocols, with the ability to script in languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical)
• Customer-centric approach, with demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to evolving client and technological needs.
• Advanced level of english.
